I can now safely stop thinking about promos
i'm able have a peace of mind..
for now.
Yesterday we got our results slip for our overall academic performance this year.
And alhamdullilah,
i got promoted.
I was expecting it actually because from my promo results,
i can roughly predict that im able to pass all the subjects except for GP and Chemistry.
This two subjects always spoilt the show man.
I told myself, GP is going to be 50-50.
If my good luck charm is with me that day, i will pass for that subject..
if not then, fail lah.
and unfortunately, it went the way i hope the least.
But its ok, but i will need to go through intensive GP clinic next year.
nice.
For chemistry, i had to drop it for next year.
What a pity because i studied so much since sec 1. haha.
so which means im not going to take H2 chemistry for A levels.
which also means more courses in uni will close their doors for me.
so stop dreaming of becoming a doctor lah khai!
or a chemical engineer..
or a biomedical engineer..
and the list goes on..
man.. i think i should just forget about all this and start focusing on my childhood dream.
which is to fly. pilot lah in other words.
I know its very difficult to get especially malay guys like me.
But im still stubborn seh. haha.
Degil punya budak!
klah, i stop here. take care everybody! (",)

All about Japanese
You want to know your japanese name? If you do, then try this out.
It's quite interesting.
However, the names sounded very stupid and funny. really. haha.
All you have to do is to..
1) Take each letter of your name
2) Substitute it with the japanese word.
Aniwae, the names might be kinda long.
So don't complain if it is difficult for you to memorise it.
* A- ka* B- zu* C- mi* D- te* E- ku* F- lu* G- ji* H- ri*
I- ki* J- zu* K- me* L- ta* M- rin* N- to* O-mo* P- no*
Q- ke* R- shi* S- ari* T-chi* U- do* V- ru* W-mei* X- na*
Y- fu* Z- zi
For me.. my japanese name is Merikakishidota shidozikakitoki (Khairul Ruzaini)
haha. it really sounded dumb man.
Aniwae, talking about japanese.. just now PioneerJuniorCollege was invaded by Japanese students!
there were lots of performances put up by both my fellow PJCians as well as the japanese student themselves.
This is one of their performance.
Their dance looked neat yet physically straneous man.
Enjoy!

Random
actually quite lazy man to do it.
especially when you are anxiously waiting for ur promo results to come out.
shit man.
its really freakin scary.
i really dunno how im going to fair for my papers.
although i got tat feeling somehow i will scraply get promoted.
hopefully tats true.
Aniwae, back to soccer( haha.. i know u dun like me to talk about this),
my class, 06S19 thrashed 06S20 7-2!.
nice man.
i scored a hat-trick although im not suppose to be proud of tat. all simple finishing. haha.
nvm. i will dedicate a special post if i scored a wonder goal aite.
something like van persie's or xabi alonso's goal should not be a problem.
HAHAHA!.
orite. i stop there.
For ur info, 2mr is PJC Open House. OPEN TO PUBLIC of coz.

Post-Promos: What's Next?
Being champion in my first try is a much sweeter way to celebrate after this tiring, almost never-ending promotional exams.
Firstly, i won't talk much about my exams.
Just hope everything goes well.
Aniway, im finally QUITE free. I said 'QUITE' because actually, i still have to go thru my OP and malay H1 exams. So it still not entirely ended. The exams for this year is still on man!
This time, fasting month was quite challenging for me. I never really have my sahur nowadays. can't wake up perhaps. Sleep late due to the promos that time. And when i did, there's not much food to eat. My parents are very busy with our family's business. Especially with our new stall, Umairah Western Delight in Woodlands. Hope u guys support my family's business aite! haha. And yeah, the nearer Hari raya is coming, the more bz i am. will need to help my parents at the Jurong West Stall sooner or later.
So yeah.. that's it. I had some memorable things to be proud of about yesterday's events. Nobel Soccer Team is the CHAMPION!
and im proud to be the captain of team.
Those guys did great man. I had to rely on the my non-malay teammates to win the competition since i was fasting and i can't run much. that's why i played the lone striker role. just waiting for the ball and do some counter-attacking. haha. We ended the competition without conceding a single goal. Isn't that great? We played a total of 4 games with the score: 3-0, 1-0, 2-0, 2-0.
The final match was the most dramatic, unsurprisingly. Both teams badly wanted to win. But i spoiled the even-contested match, with the first goal. haha. dribbled past 3 defenders before tonjol-ing the ball into the net. nice. tyco u might say, but still, its a goal. haha. I scored a total of 2 goals only throughout the whole thing, since i did more assists den juz goals. haha. and u know what? its not easy to score when u used the entire breadth of the field using only street soccer goalposts. qutie pathetic. haha. that's Pioneer Junior College if u want to know.
Alright, i stop here lah. Selamtz!
Joga Bonito.

It is about a car, which they called it "Ghost Car".
When the cops gave chase to it, it vanished into the twilight zone.
Scary.

Blogging from KL in Grand Seasons Hotel
And i still have time to blog man!
There's a computer in my mom's and dad's hotel room.
how cool is that?
So, this made me to blog for the first time outside Singapore.
Nice.
Just now, i watched CTea and Datuk K. live! in TV3 having their wedding ceremony in Kuala Lipis, the hometown of CTea.
She sang 'Dealova', and it really sounded nice.
Impressive.
Lucky Datuk K.
And yeah, i almost met Mawi at Bukit Jalil Stadium just now in the afternoon.
There's a bazaar there and he was supposed to sing.
I waited there from 12 to 3pm but he was nowhere.
When i reached my hotel room and swtiched on the TV to TV3,
There he was singing live!
haha. wasted man.
Alright, 2mr im going back to Singapore. Hope to see you all soon!

Sport's Day In PJC
It was held in the late afternoon, at 3pm, so u all can imagine how long i had to endure throughout the whole day schooling. yup.. SCHOOLING. there are no day off for the sport's day. haha. It was kind of distracting when u had to study but on the same time, worrying about the possible outcomes of the sport's day. haha. scary man.
Fast Forward --->
200m
My first event of the day. For those who had read my previous posts, actually, i was still suffering from multiple injuries at my shoulder, right knee, left arm and my little finger on my left hand. haha. All because of the fall i had during my 200m HEATS. unnecassary injuries. Back to the event, since i've gotten 1st for the HEATs, i was kind of overconfident that i win it again that time, so, i warmed up abit and i THOUGHT i was already fully prepared.
UNFORTUNATELY, i lost and gotten the 2nd place. losing to Redzwan, my closest competitor in during my HEATS, by half a second. At the last 100m which im supposed to burst, i felt my muscle cooled down and became heavy, making it difficult for me to sprint. So, that's why i lost. BUT also, congrats to Redzwan for the winning. Im very happy to see him win although, personally, which i think applies to everybody, that we all had losing. haha. right?
100m
After given some time to relax, it was the 100m event, which this time, i really badly wanted to win. Although my level of confidence had dropped drastically after the last race, im still left with that extra determination and self-belief.
Luckily, with god's will, i won. 1st! GOLD! although i never really know what's my timing. I think its slow lah because never get to break the record. haha. The record was 11.41s and my timing in the heats was 12.12s. its ONLY 0.71s difference BUT that's quite a big margin u know.
4x100m inter-house
This one my relay team won GOLD too! 1st! I had not much energy left when comes to this. but luckily, although we were in the 1st position since the start of the race, i should gladly thanks to my last runner who really did a fantastic job. He is our PJC Rugby Captain, so u all can tell lah that he is really freakin fast. For ur info, im the only J1 student in my relay team, the other 3 are all J2 u know. woah. how come i sound so proud of that? haha. aiyoh.
4x100m inter-CCA
So i represented for my MCS rather than hockey due to the less competition in the inter - 'Clubs and Society' race. Like what we are hoping for, we really won the 1st place! Alhamdullilah. although our 3rd runner injured halfway before the race, we had no choice but to use our reserve runner. and unbelievably, that reserve guy really made a great impact on our team by overtaking everybody at the curve. When it comes to my turn, it was already a breeze for me to finish it, because i was way in front of them u see. haha. not because of me, but because of that reserve 3rd runner guy who helped me alot.(im not going to name him. ceonsored.)
At the End of the Day,
i won 3 golds and a silver medal. Not bad for a J1 student who are still amatuer in track events. I almsot won the individual award since i get the most number of medals but it was eventually given to this guy who had broken all his 3 events which he participated in, 400m, 1500m, 4x100 inter-house. Congrats to him too.
Klah, im really tired now. I need to have some sleep already. im still going to have my MOCK A LEVEL EXAMS MALAY PAPER in the morning tommorrow. hai.

Random
MY Sport's Day is TODAY.
Oh man, im not really in a good condition.
With bruises still yet to heal from the fall i experienced in my 200m heats, im not really prepared for it, really.
And during PE lesson just now, i spraint my little finger while trying to lay off the ball for my friend to smack it in a volleyball match. Hai. Unnecessary injury.
Hopefully, with the injuries im experiencing now, it motivates me more to win.
and not the other way round.
Can lah Khai! Go and break the records! (haha. like real.)

A Month After My Disappearance
Let see..
Firstly, our PJC PPP's performance was a blast! I really enjoyed it. Im going to missed those old times man. Especially those rehersal days when we need to stay back after school almost every other day. Naik penat dok. But it was all worth it.
Because WHY?
PJC was one of the top 3 institution in the OVERALL CHAMPION category!
Temasek Polytechnic was the overall champion followed by Pioneer Junior College and NUS.
Compared to schools which won the most awards that day, PJC has the most with 4 awards.
- Outstanding Direction
- Most Effecttive Use Of Set
- And 2 Outstanding Performers won by Redzuan and Zuraidah
Individually, i never won anything. but its ok. What i was hoping for was to let PJC win something that day and we did. Im so glad about that.
Espcially with the strong competitions from Innova JC, Jurong JC, National JC and NAFA, we were quite worried that we will not able to bring up the reputation of our PJC MCS. But somehow, alhamdullilah, we make it. and we make it at the very last minute. Because we changed alot of things on our performance, few hours before the actual thing. Fuhh! Congrats to everyone for making this far and stood on during the good and bad times.
Aniway, Promo exams is coming for all JC1 students this year. 7 more weeks and counting. I really hope i can make it to JC2 without much problems. Insyaallah. Pray for me aite.
Sports day is coming too. I think it will be held by at the end of this august. Wow! i joined 100m, 200m, 4x100m for house and another 4x100m for my CCA. For the 4x100m inter-CCA, I chose to represent for MCS rather than hockey. Its not that i hate hockey, only that if i represent MCS, i will have a better chance of winning. Because MCS will be running against club & societies CCAs, the likes of Media Club, Chess Club, Choir etc. haha. and if i represent hockey, my team will need to face other sports CCA like basketball, rugby etc, which is more difficult lah. haha. So, thats why i representing MCS. clever right?! haha.
And bad news for me, i sprained my ankle just now during my routine Saturday Soccer. Somebody( Im not naming him) kicked my leg instead of the ball and i ended up falling awkwardly, twisting my ankle. Hai. my first ever ankle injury. haha. and my feet getting bigger every second. Bad news. Really bad news. The Sports Day's heats is just next week.
Hopefully, i can recover in time. Pray for me again aite? haha. thanks. Oklah, i think i better stop here. Take care everyone! =)

Kau membuat ku merasa hebat
karena ketulusan cintamu
ku merasa teristimewa hanya
hanya karena, karena cinta
kau beri padaku sepenuhnya
buatku selalu merasa berarti
kini ku merasa hebat
karena kau yang membuatku makin kuat
jantungku bergerak cepat
semua yg berat bisa lewat
inikah cinta yg sejati
melayang ku terbang berenang di awan
tak akan kita kan lepas dan jatuh sekarang
cinta sang cinta kita kan terus mencinta

A True Underdog Story - A Near-Perfect Ending
Before i start on this entry, let me tell you first im not going to talk about the world cup. Yes, i know, this year is full of surprises. France vs Italy in the FINAL?! it is suppose to be Argentina vs Brazil instead! haha. its ok then. Im now rooting for both teams. I support Italy because they are techincally good and France becaus of Zidane. I don't know why suddenly im inspired by him. He made football look so beautiful to play.
Well, what i want to say is that, last saturday, i had my first ever debut playing in a futsal tournament. Yeah! And it was a memorable debut indeed.
To start off, my team consist of 8 players; 5 of them in which from SP, 2 from ACJC and 1 from PJC( u all know who lah).
Let me describe for u all my team members ok.. here goes.
SP teammates
M.Khairul (wearing manutd jersey) - my ex-cckss good friend. So no problem communicating with him in the futsal court.
Nizam(middle) - Ex Dazhong Pri Captain. Skillful and tricky guy.
Shahril Bahri(bottom right hand corner) - Classmate with M.Khairul in SP. Hardworking lad who tirelessly chasing for every ball.
Sohiful(left top, looking elsewhere) - Im not sure how to spell it. Aniway, i preferred calling him Saiful. A 1.8m guy who defend brilliantly. Use his height advantage efficiently.
Imran( at the left, second from bottom) - Another solid defender. Look decent but deadly because he can dribble and score too.
ACJC teammates
Mirza (middle at the top with his arms raised) - A quiet guy but plays his goalkeeping role well. His reflexes are good too.
Hazmi (bottom left hand corner) - Ex-Rugby National player. Play striker alongside with me most of the time throughout the tournament. Top scorer in the tournament with 3 goals.
Our Performance - *PAIX peace in German
We named ourselves PAIX. Nizam and Shahril came up with it. Nice right? haha.
We played in the Under-21 Category and come to think of it, we are one of the youngest team. Only Saiful is 18 this yr. The rest are all 17. Our opponents are all much more taller and big-sized.
We are the ONLY team who played the most games in the tournament. You know why? Because intially 1st round all teams are in the WINNER POOL, playing a double-knockout system. We won our first game 2-0 but lost our 2nd match 0-1. So, we were relegated to the LOSER'S POOL. This time, we can't afford to lose another match or we're out.
However, throughout the LOSER'S POOL's tournament, we played using our new-found strategy and tactics, by partnering me and Azmi as the first attacking partner, and the 2nd half of the game introducing Nizam and Shahril as the next attacking partner.
This strategy was effective because Azmi and Nizam are natural finishers, whereas me and Shahril are naturally supporting strikers.
We checked the soccer table and it shows ONLY the CHAMPION team from the LOSER'S POOL will play in the semi-final of the WINNER'S POOL. And to our much delight, we won 3 matches to reach the FINAL and finally won 3-1 in that match, in which the 2nd goal i scored. haha.
we entered the SEMI-FINALS in the WINNER'S POOL and we met the FAVOURITE team to win the competition. They called themselves 'Thumberland' , but their jersey look exactly like BRAZIL, played like BRAZIL.. almost everything like BRAZIL lah. To add more to our fears, they are the JOGA BONITO champion this year! Now you see, we are clearly the UNDERDOGS.
And you know what?! WE WON 1-0! woohoo! i think that's the best moment of the entire tournament!
And you know who scored?!
ME!! Last minute somemore! haha.. so relief and excited man. I was celebrating like tak ingat dunia seh. haha.
THE FINAL
We lost finally though. haha. 0-1. It was a tight match. 50-50 possession for both sides. But they took their chances. That made the difference. We tried to equalise but they played their dirty tricks by wasting time. haiz. that's football. No choice as we lost eventually.
Reflecting on our overall performances, i think we did exceedingly well. I didn't put much hope intially, especially when we relegated to the LOSER'S POOL. Furthermore, we are playing in the Under-21 category. It was a really a difficult tournament but we stick together and persevered till the end. Our sweats ( 'Eeeww' u might say) and time spent ( we wasted alot of time.. from 7am to 6pm u know) were worthwhile afterall.
This is what i called...
A TRUE UNDERDOG STORY =)

My June Holidays Reflection
Being a JC student, slacking is the last thing you should do. Because if you do, and by the time you found out that you are, you are seriously in a deep shit.
Looking back what i've done during my June holidays, i actually done nothing. i mean nothing much in terms studying.
What i did was...
- PPP rehearsals. Coming back to school almost everyday to practice and rehearse my lines.
- Soccer. Play almost every fridays and saturdays, excluding the street soccer tournament i participated recently.
- World Cup. Enduring the lack of sleep just to watch the 9pm and 12am matches. The 3am matches? Don't ever mention it.
- Attend remedials.
- HOCKEY TRAININGS! I hate it. Going to quit sooner or later. No interest for it. I can't even dribble till now. haha.
When im free from these five activities above mentioned, i gave myself a SHORT break by playing either the PS2 or the computer.
There are many times when i placed my revision notes on my the study table a.k.a my computer table and i ended up chatting with people in the MSN.
Yes.. its all about distractions. Being me, i want to achieve as many goals as i can.. like what i always want to in the soccer field.
For now, i should take one step at a time. Focus and discipline is all i need. Yes, THAT's ALL. That two little tiny mini things. And of coz.. being consistent. So, gear up and..... im ready to go!

What's that symbolises?
According to what i heard from my father, which Christian followers believe, its the day of the DEVILS.
The day when the devils are born.
But as a Muslim, i won't believe in such things.
Every each day we are living in is a blessing from Him.
Isn't that right?
I don't think there are any days in any months in any years which is a curse to mankind.
*Next Topic*
I had my NSSL tournament two days back. My team played in the "OPEN" category because one of my teammates is my friend's father. If not, we will be playing in the "Under-17" category instead.
To cut story short, my team lost again in the Quarter-Finals. To come to think of it, i played with three different teams in three occasions playing in the same competition. Back in 2002, i teamed up with my KPS friends and we won the 3rd place. In 2004, i teamed up with my CCKSS friends and we managed to reach the quarter-finals, losing only to the eventual champions.
Last year, i remembered playing in this street soccer tournament "3 Goals KO" with my CCKSS friends and we reached the final when we finally lost and got 2nd. That's the best achievement i've gotten so far in my street soccer 'career' so far. and yeah! I won the "Player of the Tournament" in that competition too. =) action je si khai nie. haha.
On last Saturday, when to 'Gentarasa 2006' , a Malay Art's Performance. Lots of traditional malay dances, Dikir Barat and we even get the chance to play 'Kentung Buluh' during the show itself. Very interesting. However, there are some deliberate mistakes done by the performers, probably still not enough practice. haha. sorry.
As an overall, I still like their Dikir Barat because they were very well-organised and interesting to watch. If PJC's Kancah Purba can reach their standard, I salute man!
Plans for tommorow:
Just now, I was invited by Alia to go to the Singapore Idol's piano show tomorrow. She had many free tickets initially because Rahimah Rahim's is her cousin. So, tomorrow i will need to go there with some other CCKSS friends ; Syafiq, Hafizudin and Fhaizal if im not wrong, to support Rahimah Rahim!
Erm.. but one question. Although i will be sitting in Rahimah Rahim's supporter stands, can i support other contestants instead? Please don't bash me if i do.

Finally, term break!
Finally, i have some time to blog since now im having my term break. Fuhh! Finally. But of course, it will not be a full one month of holiday. I still need to prepare fully for my mid-year exams which start right after the holidays. Luckily my GP paper is done, so 1 down, 5 more to go. Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Malay and Malay Lit.
Not to forget, my Project Work (PW) is yet to be done, the surveys, interviews etc.
So, i've created a my holiday schedule, and it looks like i have only 15 days of holiday. Really need to make full use of it. And today, it is one of the days. So 14 days left. Today nothing much, So no need to talk about it. Just do some revising on my chemistry, which i really need to buck up. Hai.
Last week i had quite an enjoyable weekend. On Saturday, i went out with her. =p Went to watch ' Over the Hedge' and spend some time doing some window-shopping with her. Nice experience for me. You should know why, because frankly i had never went out with a girl on a 'date' before this and worse still, walk around in Orchard Road. I can't imagine myself lost there. I'm just not used to. Even the Flilipino maids there are more expert than me. haha.
On Sunday, went for the New Paper Big Walk. Its my third year consecutively going for the event. This time, i didn't joined for the competitive one, fun-walker only. Went there with my CCKSS friends; firdaus, ismarian, amin and his cousins. Walk walk walk, Talk talk talk. And i accidentally made Firdaus to trip and fall at the finishing line. haha. So embarassing. We were sprinting ( We were supposed to walk, but the eagerness to finish a.s.a.p overcome us) for the last 100m or so and thats how it happened. Sorry Fir. I try not to do that again in for any future Big Walk events. haha. We were too tired take MRT so take bus 985 from Kallang all the way to CCK interchange. I think got around 1 hour of journey. We slept all the way, conquering the back the bus. Nice. We had our lunch at LJS in Lot 1 and finally went home after that. Although i describe this rather sounds uninteresting, the journey back from Kallang to CCK was fun. With the cooling air-conditioner and the large space at the back of the bus just make me feel like home. hahaha.
Alright lah, i stop here. This June holidays really need to catch up on my studies. Not to forget, World Cup too. =p
P.S: X-Men III the best movie i've seen so far!

Kuala Lumpur Trip.. A memorable one!
It has been a very long time since i blogged. haha. Well, busy lah as always. You all should know me right? haha. like real.
Alright2, last week i didnt manage to blog because i was away on a a short vacation to Kuala Lumpur!
My family went there with my other 24 cousins, uncles and aunties. Our main motive to go there was actually to attend my malaysian cousin's wedding function. She was the younger sister to a Malaysian actress, so that means i have a cousin who is an actress in Malaysia! Wow.. interesting. haha. I don't know that actually coz i rarely met them.
Friday- 8.30pm
We all meet up at Jurong East Interchange to get our tour bus there. The bus was like totally belong to 30 of us! haha.. so bro and me occupied the sits at the back of the bus. Yeah.. Conquer the whole back seats!
Journey there was fine, except that i didnt manage to look around Malaysia coz it was very dark at night. Lack of lamp posts probably. Heh. Journey there took at least 5 hours when we finally reached Petaling Jaya. took photos of the KLCC and went around in a chocolate factory. Interesting you noe! they made many different types chocolate. Durian chocs and even tongkat Ali chocs!
Fast Forward-------->
My family with my aunty shopping at Masjid India.
We met an indian fortune teller during our shopping trip. My father decided to try it out for fun although we didn't believe him. haha. But interesting ah. He used his parrot to take a card from this deck of cards and he would read it out to you. I think its more like the parrot is the fortune teller rather than himself. haha.
That night, we went for the wedding function. The event was quite grand, coz it was held in a convention hall and the MC was a Malaysian DJ from what i heard from my father. The food was exquisitely decorated and mouth-watering, like this one...
haha. nice.
Sunday
We had our breakfast in the hotel itself. Ouh yar, we slept in Hotel Brisbane. Not very high-class lah. Around 3 stars like that. haha. Ok what.
Half of the people only in this pic. The rest i think still sleeping peacefully. haha.
Went to P.Ramlee bungalow house. It was re-designed to become a museum about him. As for those chinese ppl out there, just for your info, he was a the well-known Malaysian actor, director, singer, script-writer, poet and alot more. But he passed away years ago when he was only 45 years of age. It was a sentimental moment went we enter his house. The songs played especially 'Getaran Jiwa' in the atmosphere made me realise how much he really meant to the Malay Community. I really hope to visit it again in the future. Unfortunately, i can't take any photos from the inside coz it was forbidden.
We went to Berjaya TimeSquare right after that purely to enjoy the indoor amusement park inside. It is called ' Cosmo's World Theme Park' . We played alot of games and rides till many of us became giddy. haha. and I took on all the rides man! fearless seh. haha. Why did i say that? Coz many of us backed out after 2 rides but i continued further on to complete the whole 6 rides there. haha. nice. including the indoor roller coaster, longest ever in Asia!
After that, we went on to shop at Petaling Street where we spend almost 3 hours there. haha. If not because of the tour bus waiting for us, i think we would spend more time there. Simply because the things there are all super cheap! Since i was too engrossed in shopping, i didnt take any pictures. haha.
That night, we went back to our hotels before finally getting ready for our final reunion dinner at ChowKit Restaurant with our malaysian cousins, aunties and uncles. We ate alot of Malay traditional dishes such as Ikan Bakar, Ulam-ulam and Siput Sedut. Simply marvellous!
Monday
It was our last day in KL. Before returing back to Singapore, we still manage to shop for an hour in Nilai Tiga. By the time, many of us just stayed in the tour bus. Too tired to shop lah probably. But not my aunt coz she forced me to accompany her to buy some clothings and bags. haha. We had our lunch there too and FINALLY we were on our way home back to Singapore. That's when we had our 4 hours of karaoke session in the bus. haha. stylo ah. Got TV and micorphone wat. So make full use of it lah.
My bro, khairil and my cuzin, Lyn, showing off their newly-bought watches.
My singing makes them sleep. That's good. haha.
On the way home..
We reached Singapore around 6 pm....... HOME SWEET HOME!
